Simply put ... Ann's Weigh is a diet program that offers you a way to eat the foods you would normally eat, including vegetarian meals, and lose weight without starving.

We use a modified low carbohydrate diet. There is no one diet for everyone. So, we work with you to prepare a healthy diet that is unique to you and most importantly, one you can live with. As with any diet plan, it is imperative that you sit down with your doctor and discuss whether a modified low carbohydrate diet is right for you. You will not be able to participate in Ann's Weigh without your doctor's consent.
